JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is not in dispute that the petitioner Sucha Singh has by now undergone 11 months of the substantive sentence imposed upon him. The appeal, having been preferred in the end of November, 1982, is as yet likely to take considerable time for its final disposal. Bail to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. Sangrur. Stay recovery of fine as well. Petition allowed.
