JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD . In the First Information Report no overtact is attributed to the petitioners Man Singh and Satbir Singh except that they were accompanying Partap, who is said to have shot dead Phoolu. The present petitioners are granted bail on each furnishing bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000/ - with the surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate and in his absence Duty Magistrate, Hisar. Petition allowed.
