JUDGEMENT

(1.) It is the conceded position that the appellant has not complied with the order of this Court dated 9th April, 1982, awarding Rs. 150/- P. M. as maintenance pendente lite and Rs. 300/- as the litigation expenses to the respondent-wife. In view of the law laid down by this Court in Gurdev Kaur v. Dalip Singh,1980 HinduLR 240and Smt. Surinder Kaur alias Shindi v. Baldev Singh,1980 HinduLR 514this appeal obviously has to be dismissed. I order accordingly and burden the appellant with costs to the extent of Rs. 300/-.
