JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present petition has been filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.3 dtd. 25/1/2023, registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 379-B(2), 395, 411, 452, 323, 324, 506, 380, 148 and 149 of IPC at Police Station Ghanie Ke Bangar, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.

(2.) FIR was registered on the basis of statement of Pargat Singh son of Mukhtiar Singh, wherein it has been alleged as under:-

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was registered against unknown persons alongwith Harjot Sing Singh @ Jota and Ritikpreet Singh. Though, there is no allegation that any of the accused was armed with datar. The petitioner is being apprehended and a datar is shown to have been recovered from the petitioner.
