JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.0338 dtd. 26/7/2022 registered at Police Station Panchkula, Sector 5, District Panchkula, under Ss. 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC. Instructions filed in the Court, are taken on record. Counsel for the State submits that cancellation report has been prepared on 19/3/2023 and they shall file the same before the concerned Court positively by 31/5/2023 and the present petition become infructuous. Given the stand taken by the State, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

(2.) Liberty reserved to the petitioners to come to this Court again in case need so arises in future. All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
