JUDGEMENT

(1.) For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed. Annexure P-3 is taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

(2.) Learned counsel contends that it is a case of no injury caused to anyone. The allegations against petitioner No.1 were of having fired which hit the car of the complainant.
