JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present petition, the petitioner is seeking quashing of FIR No.0019 dtd. 7/3/2023 registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 279, 337, 338, 427 IPC, 1860, at Police Station Raja Sansi, District Amritsar Rural, (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise.
