KULDEEP SINGH AND ANOTHER Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This judgment of mine shall dispose of two petitions bearing No.CRM-M-1958 of 2013 and CRM-M-20002 of 2012 for quashing of the FIR No.86 dated 29.5.2012, under Sections 363/366-A/376/120-B of Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station, Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur.

(2.) Both the petitions have been filed by mother-in-law Kulwant Kaur, husband Kuldeep Singh and one Gagan Kumar for quashing of the above FIR.
