JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.' for short) seeking directions to respondents No. 1 to 5 to take legal action against respondents No. 6 to 10 as respondent No. 6 is allegedly helping respondents No. 7 1o 10 in taking the illegal possession of the house of the petitioner.

(2.) IT has been held by the Apex Court in Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. and others, 2008 (1) RCR (Criminal) 392 as under:
