JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE plaintiff-appellant Sarup Singh (later referred to as 'the appellant') filed the suit for permanent injunction restraining the defendant from interfering in his possession over the suit land measuring 3 Kanals 8 Marlas bearing Khewat No. 1 Khatauni No. 7 Rect. No. 14 Khasra No. 14/1 situated in village Badial, over which he is in possession as a tenant.

(2.) THE defendant Sardul Singh denied the possession of the plaintiff over the suit land and his tenancy, rather claimed his possession over the suit land, which he had purchased from the previous owners vide sale deed dated 21.4.1986.

(3.) FINDINGS on issues No. 1 to 3 were recorded by the trial Court in favour of the plaintiff and his suit was decreed vide judgment and decree dated 8.10.1986.
