JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No. 302 dated 27.8.2012 (Annexure P -10), registered at Police Station Sadar Gurgaon under Sections 420/ 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

(2.) ON 18.3.2013, counsel for the petitioner took an adjournment to enable him to seek instructions as to whether petitioner was ready to return the earnest amount in question to respondent No.2. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a draft in the sum of Rs. 11,70,000/ - to learned counsel for respondent No.2. Photocopy of the draft has been placed on record.
