JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.136 dated 19.10.2012, registered under Sections 420,406,465,468,471,120-B IPC at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

(2.) The complainant moved an application dated 10.9.2012 to SSP for taking action against Harjinder Singh, Gurvinder Singh alias Ginda, Harinder Singh alias Hinda, Balwinder Singh, Davinder Singh, Ram Singh, Bhupinder Singh, Sarabjit Singh and it is mentioned in the application that:-

(3.) The petitioner earlier also filed an application for grant of anticipatory bail in this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.41309 of 2012 but that application was withdrawn by the petitioner.
