JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused Deepak and Sandeep were convicted and sentenced as follows by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Gurgaon:- <FRM>JUDGEMENT_798_LAWS(P&H)5_2013_1.html</FRM>

(2.) Aggrieved by the conviction and sentence recorded by the trial Court, they have preferred the present appeal.

(3.) It is to be noted that accused Hardutt also faced the trial before the Additional Sessions Judge, Gurgaon but he died during the pendency of trial.
