JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is revision petition by complainant-petitioner Shashi Parkash Jain.

(2.) There was matrimonial dispute between the petitionercomplainant and his wife Renu. Respondents/accused are from the family of petitioner's wife.

(3.) Complainant's version is that on 12.9.1996, the respondents came to his shop and thrashed him by giving slaps, fist and leg blows. They also destroyed his goods lying in the shop i.e. paneer and cream.
