JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 18 dated 11.2.2013 under Section 498A, 406 f the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Jalalabad, District Fazilka. While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 05.4.2013:--

(2.) Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Laljit Singh, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has joined investigation. Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 5.4.2013 is made absolute.
