JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition under section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 89 dated 28.6.2012, under sections 307/341/323/324 IPC, registered at Police Station 'B' Division, Amritsar and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 18.7.2012, (Annexure P-2) reached between the parties.
