JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to arrest respondent No. 4 to 6 in FIR No. 144 dated 2.7.2013 under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur.
