(2.) PLAINTIFF Ramesh K. Chadha has filed this revision petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure (in short ­ CPC) assailing order dated 25.05.2013 (Annexure P-3), passed by learned trial court, thereby dismissing the plaintiff's suit as withdrawn.
