JUDGEMENT

(1.) There is a delay of 34 days in preferring the appeal.

(2.) For the reasons that the appellant could not approach the counsel in time on account of mental disability she suffered, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed.

(3.) The injured-claimant Amrik Kaur aged 45 years has preferred the present appeal aggrieved by the quantum of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
