JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER Amita Massey daughter of Arun Massey has directed the instant petition for the grant of anticipatory bail, in a case registered against her along with her other co-accused, vide FIR No.185 dated 23.9.2012 (Annexure P1), for the commission of an offence punishable u/s 420 IPC by the police of Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur, invoking the provisions of section 438 Cr.PC.
