JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed with a prayer to quash Annexures P-9, P-9A and P-10.

(2.) The petitioner was working as a Field Assistant with the MARKFED when he along with two other employees was entrusted the stocks of wheat.

(3.) The office letter dated 10.5.1982 contemplated that the stocks were to remain in joint custody of any of the two officials of the Branch and the Branch Officer would have the overall responsibility of the Branch including the stocks.
