HARDEEP SINGH @ DEEP Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Hardeep Singh @ Deep, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 148, 323, 324, 325, 326 and 506 read with Section 149, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.241, dated 18.10.2012, registered at Police Station, Taraori, District Karnal.

(2.) From the material available on record, it transpires that a simple injury by means of a stick on the back of the complainant has been attributed to petitioner-Hardeep Singh @ Deep.

(3.) SI Kawal Pal Singh, Police Station, Taraori, District Karnal, submits that petitioner-Hardeep Singh @ Deep did join the investigation and no more required for any other purpose.
