AMRIK SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused Pritpal @ Kukki, accused Paramjit Singh, accused Jagat Singh, accused Manjit Kaur and accused Amrik Singh stood trial before the Sessions Court. It is brought to the notice of this Court that except accused Amrik Singh who continued to face the trial before the Sessions Court and received the verdict of conviction, all other accused turned proclaimed offenders.

(3.) Aggrieved by the above conviction and sentence passed by the trial Court, Amrik Singh has preferred the present appeal.
