JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition has been filed for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no. 115 dated 06.08.2012, under Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at police station Moonak, District Sangrur.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record including the impugned order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur dismissing anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioners.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioners had withdrawn the present petition filed on behalf of petitioner no.2 -Gurjeet Singh @Kala on the plea that he was already arrested and petition qua him had become infructuous. The same was ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 06.10.2012.
