JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision has been filed by Banta Singh- defendant No.1 against the order dated March 13th, 2013 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Balachaur whereby his evidence was closed.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner has urged that earlier the case was fixed for March 8th, 2013 and was adjourned to Mach 13th, 2013. For ready reference, the order dated March 8th, 2013 is reproduced as under:-

(3.) IN view of this, petitioner is accorded opportunity to lead his evidence, of course, through the process of the Court. The revision is accepted. Order under challenger is set-aside.
