JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONERS Gurmeet Singh son of Mohinder Singh and Jaspal Singh son of Jasbir Singh have directed the instant petition for the grant of anticipatory bail, in a case registered against them along with their other co-accused, vide FIR No.228 dated 12.9.2012 (Annexure P1), for the commission of offences punishable u/ss 420, 467, 468, 471, 448 and 120-B IPC by the police of Police Station Kotwali/City, Patiala, invoking the provisions of section 438 Cr.PC.

(2.) NOTICE of the petition was issued to the State.
