MANGE RAM Vs. PARMINDER SINGH AND OTHERS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Respondents No.1 to 7 were made to face trial in FIR No. 159 dated 26.9.2010, Police Station Chhappar, for commission of offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 452 and 506/34 IPC.

(2.) The above FIR was recorded on a statement made by the applicant-complainant Manga Ram (PW-2). ASI Gian Chand (PW-10) on receipt of information from Gaba Hospital at Yamuna Nagar, regarding admission of PW-2 in the hospital, in an injured condition, went there and recorded his statement, which resulted into registration of above said FIR.
