GURMAIL SINGH Vs. HARPAL KAUR & OTHERS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The plaintiffs filed an application, of course, at the time when the matter was posted for arguments to amend the plaint challenging the sale deed No.2278 dated 15.12.2005, invoking the provision under Order 6 Rule 17 of Code of Civil Procedure (for short 'CPC').

(2.) The trial Court having found that no prejudice would be caused to the defendants and the defendants also could be compensated with cost, if any, imposed on the plaintiffs chose to allow the said application.

(3.) The above order passed by the trial Court under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC is under challenge before this Court.
