JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 107 dated 23.8.2011 under Section 306, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P -1). While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this court on 17.12.2012: -
