RAJ PAL Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed to lay challenge to an order dated 12.2.2008 (P-7), vide which application of the petitioners, to claim ownership of the land, measuring 502 kanals 10 marlas, falling in Khasra No. 104 (219 kanals 11 marlas), 105 min. (278 kanals 19 marlas) and 105 min. (4-0), total measuring 502 kanals 10 marlas, situated in Village Khatauli, Tehsil and District Panchkula, was rejected. Further challenge has been laid to an order dated 15.10.2008 (P-8), vide which an appeal, filed by the petitioners, was rejected.

(2.) Still further challenge has been laid to an order dated. 13.1.2010 (P-9), dismissing revision petition filed by the petitioner.

(3.) By taking benefit of entries made in Jamabandi for the year 1971-72, showing the land as Shamilat Patti Dewan and Ramjas and in possession of Makbuja Washindgan Deh, an application was filed by the petitioners, to claim ownership of the land in dispute.
