JUDGEMENT

(1.) PRAYER in this petition is for grant of regular bail to petitioner-Amanpreet Singh @ Jeeta @ Jalandhari, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 279, 307, 337, 353, 473, 489 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act, in a case arising out of FIR No.46, dated 12.02.2010, registered at Police Station, Tripuri, District Patiala.
