(1.) THROUGH the instant petition, the petitioner challenges order dated 27.4.2012 (Annexure P -6) rejecting his claim for compassionate appointment on the basis of instructions dated 6.5.1985/7.4.1992. The claim of the petitioner was considered and rejected by passing the following order: -
