JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Nehra states that the petitioner has already been granted parole vide letter dated 6.9.2002 and he would be released on parole after furnishing necessary bail bond with two surities of Rs. 20,000/- each and the said parole is valid upto 5-3-2003.

(2.) In view of his statement at the bar, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
