(1.) This petition was filed for quashing of complaint under the provisions of Central Excise and Salt Act, 1954. Initially, stay of further proceedings was ordered but on 7.6.1991, stay was vacated. Nobody was prosecuting the matter for the petitioner. By now, trial of the complaint itself might have been over.
