JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present revision petition has been preferred against the order dated 25.7.2002 of Commissioner, Patiala Division, Patiala and as well as the order dated 27.5.1998 of Collector Sub Division Fatehgarh Sahib.

(2.) IT transpires that mutation No. 637 of Village Bhatmajra was sanctioned by A.C. IInd Grade on the basis of the order of Additional Director Consolidation, Punjab, Mohali dated 25.10.1995. When that order was challenged in appeal, the Collector accepted the appeal and rejected the mutation. The order of the Collector was also upheld by the Divisional Commissioner. Hence this revision petition.
