JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard learned counsel for the parties and with their assistance have gone through the record of the case.

(2.) Learned counsel for the respondent concedes at the Bar that the case of the applicant/Jagdish Chander is covered by their ratio of the decision in Dharam Pal v. State of Haryan, 1999(4) RCR (Crl.) 600.

(3.) He is hereby granted bail to te satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Hisar.
