JUDGEMENT

(1.) The dispute was amongst sister, brothers and nephews. It has been settled by a mutual compromise, an amount of Rs. 17,000/- has been paid to Gurdev Kaur and she has relinquished her claim in respect of the disputed property.

(2.) Accordingly, this appeal is accepted and the suit is dismissed. Since the dispute has been settled by a compromise, there will be no order as to costs.
