(1.) This is defendant's second appeal. A few facts may be noticed.
(2.) Smt. Gujri married Somargir. Out of this wedlock, Nathugir was born in March, 1942. About four years later, Somargir died. Gujri married Phulgir. Out of this marriage, Purangir was born. Some time later, Phulgir died. Gujri married for a third time. She got married to Harigir. Out of this wedlock, three sons and four daughters including the appellant (Ekamgir) were born.
(3.) On May 16, 1981 the Samadh known by the name of Sanjhagir filed a civil suit No. 971-C through Nathugir for possession in respect of land measuring 103 K, 9-M as mentioned in the plant against the defendant-appellant. It was alleged that he had taken forcible possession of the land and that he had no tide to the suit property.
