JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the second petition filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0001 dtd. 4/1/2022, under Ss. 363, 366-A of IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka.

(2.) On earlier occasion, the petitioner approached this Court by way of filing petition bearing CRM-M No.20578-2022 which was dismissed as withdrawn on 13/5/2022 with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedies available to him in accordance with law.
