JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application has been filed for placing on record reply on behalf of respondent No.2.

(2.) The petitioner was not being issued a passport on account of adverse police verification report. The adverse police verification report was given as appeal against acquittal was pending.

(3.) Reply on behalf of State has been filed, wherein it has been submitted that the State has no objection in case a passport is issued.
