JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a second petition under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim medical bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 276, dtd. 4/10/2017 under Ss. 307, 326, 452, 506, 148, 149, 302, 201, 323 IPC registered at Police Station Daba, District Ludhiana for a period of four months.

(2.) Notice served upon the official respondent through State counsel.

(3.) Earlier CRM-6347-2022 in CRM-M-31140-2018 has been allowed by this Court vide order dtd. 24/2/2022 and the petitioner was granted interim bail upto 27/4/2022. Now the petitioner further prayed for four months extension of interim bail.
