SONU Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 168, dtd. 5/11/2020, under Ss. 21, 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'the Act'), Sec. 25 of the Arms Act, Sec. 120-B and 482 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Under Sec. 192 of the Motor Vehicle Act, registered at Police Station Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar, Punjab.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner claims parity with co-accused Akshay Kumar @ Abu who was granted regular bail by this court on 25/11/2021. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 5/11/2020; .32 bore pistol, two live cartridges and one hundred eighteen grams of intoxicating powder containing Tramadol Hydrochloride salt was recovered from him. He further submits that petitioner is not involved in any other case.
