SURINDER SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Vide order dtd. 26/11/2020, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dtd. 26/11/2020 the petitioner has joined the investigation.

(3.) The above said contention made by counsel for the petitioner is not disputed by learned counsel for the State on instructions received from ASI Manjit Singh. He further submits that the petitioner is no more required for custodial interrogation.
