JUDGEMENT

(1.) Avneesh Jhingan, J . 1.Mr. Aman Pal, Addl. AG Haryana, on instructions from Mr. Sukhnaz Singh, DSP submits that the State adopts the reply filed today in other case i.e. CRM-M-32417 of 2021.

(2.) The petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail vide order dtd. 12/8/2021 in FIR No. 13 dtd. 2/8/2021, under Ss. 13(1)(b) read with Sec. 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 [as amended Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018] and Ss. 109 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Phase-I, Punjab at Mohali, District SAS Nagar, which reads as under:
