JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 0450 dtd. 3/8/2021 under Ss. 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, 1860 and Ss. 13(1)(a) and 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 registered at P.S. Narnaund, Police District Hansi, District Hisar.

(2.) In view of the fact that as on date only notice under Sec. 41-A Cr.P.C has been given, there is no apprehension of arrest.
