JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 47 dtd. 4/4/2022, under Ss. 21, 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short, 'the Act') (Sec. 29 of the Act deleted later on), registered at Police Station Mallanwala, District Ferozepur.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer in the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been arrested.
