(1.) This petition is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 111, dtd. 8/6/2021, under Ss. 22-C of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'the Act'), registered at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time sensing the outcome, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
