JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners, incarcerating upon his arrest in the FIR captioned above, came up before this Court under Sec. 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) seeking bail.

(2.) In paragraph 11 of the bail petition, the accused declares that he has no criminal antecedents.

(3.) Petitioners' counsel has drawn attention of this court to the order dtd. 10/1/2022 passed in CRM-M-53400-2021 (Annexure P-7), vide which the co-accused was granted bail by this court. Counsel for petitioners claim bail on the grounds of parity and does not press on merits. Petitioners' counsel further submits that matter has been compromised between the parties.
