JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.91, dtd. 11/11/2021, registered under Ss. 336, 506, 120-B of IPC and Sec. 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Dera Baba Nanak, District Gurdaspur.

(2.) The operative part of the order dtd. 16/12/2021, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:-

(3.) Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Raghubir Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation.
