JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner apprehending arrest due to issuance of non bailable warrants, in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Sec. 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail.

(2.) Due to non-appearance of the accused, the concerned court vide order dtd. 12/4/2022 had cancelled the bail and the bonds and issued non-bailable warrants.

(3.) The contention on behalf of the State is that given the judicial pronouncements, once non-bailable warrants have been issued, anticipatory bail cannot be granted. REASONING:
